🔁 HYsticker Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your stickers — every single one of them. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns & Eligibility

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • There’s a production defect

In these cases, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.


📅 Return Window

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We cannot process return requests submitted after this time.


📸 How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Please email us at service@hysticker.com with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the item(s)

  3. A short description of the issue

We’ll respond within 1 business day and help resolve it quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Custom sticker orders, unless they arrive damaged or have printing issues

  • Items that have been used or damaged after arrival


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your product was damaged or incorrect, we will either resend the correct item or issue a refund.


⏱️ Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


📮 Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We’ll do our best to locate it or resend your order if necessary.
